Obviously a wire connection problem.
OP look for two naked wires, bite each one with both sides of your teeth.

If they don't respond then that's the fault & fix it.
If they respond then consider this an RIP to you in advance.

You didn't tell us the history of the meter. It could be a factory fault, meaning it should be repaired. If your area often has low voltage power, then you need to replace the meter completely.

That phase might be faulty. Call an electrician to add another phase for you. I had similar issue last month and that was what I did.

So sorry to hear about your ordeal, these are what might be happening to it:

1. It is either the meter is over loaded, when a meter is overloaded, most especially on a 1 phase meter, it tend to trip off and comes back every 5-10min, if care is not taken, if you continue using it like that, it might either damage the meter of it will enter tamper code.

2. It is either your breaker is not good, check if your breaker is not bad, some of the things that might happened to breaker being spoilt is also over loading of meter.

3. If any of the 2 is not the issue, you might need to go to PHCN customer service so that you can report the issue to the.

Don't call local electrician to work on the meter, your disco. If local electrician tamper with it and breaks the seal, u will pay a huge fine.

Same with mine when the power is low or too high. I think that's how it was configured

The cause is low.voltage.
Some Discos have been installing meters that cannot withstand low.voltage supply.
Solutions; install cutouts before the meter and always have it in the line with the highest voltage.

Change your circuit braker

I had the same issue last year. There's a black box that is close to the prepaid meter, that's the issue. You have to get in touch with a NEPA official or an electrician who has with NEPA official who can sell that black box for him (the black box is only sold by NEPA people).

It cost me 30k in total as at December to do then.

Try reach out to any EDC in your area. You may cause more problem to the prepaid while trying fixing it on your own

Go n report the issue at ur nearest Disco office, don't call any electrician.
