These are warts growing on your head. They are caused by human papilloma virus.

Apply Collomak Topical Solution on it 3 times daily. Within a month they will disappear.

Podophyllin also will do it. But I have used Collomak successfully on my 2 boys (I guess they got it from barber's shop. That was before I got them their own clippers). I have equally used it successfully on a number of our patients in the pharmacy. Go to a pharmacy and get either of them

Some might be some kind of growth that you can only get adequate treatment after a biopsy has been taken, even some can grown dangerously close or even on top of a nerve.
