It's a skin disease. It happened to me some years back. I kept using different skin infection treatment until it varnishes.
That thing is very stubborn. It was on my forehead for over a year. I even prayed severally.

When it eventually varnished, it took me months to notice it.

With the research conducted in Oxford university 1982, Igbo people are attracted to this head bug disease due to too much consumption of apu (fufu). I will advise you to stay away from fufu for at list 36 months to get total cure. Good luck
