The worst thing to happen to a man and a woman is to marry a useless spouse.

Every man's mother see the child's wife as a competitor while the daughters husband as a giver and another son added to her children.

Honestly most of the above stories sound like fictions.

Especially the last one, you and your less than one month baby sleeps on the floor while your husband and side chick sleeps on the bed knocking.

Anyway things happen but most of the above are not true.

People are facing a lot.

Ask some of these women what attracted them to these men, and it would either be his looks or money.

It's difficult to please some people. My wife tells people I was mean and wicked to her while she was in labour. Madam what evil did your husband do? You were having labour pains and your husband refused to drive you to the market to buy vegetables that you don't need. Oga drove you to the hospital against your wish. You might believe her when she tells you she was treated harshly while in labour.

Bob the builder ni grin. This lame-ass narrative used to gaslight women into settling for lowlife bums has expired since the early 2000s. Let everybody build themselves abeg

Why do some of these stories sound exaggerated?
They may be exaggerated but crazy things happen sha...
This one they are all shouting mother in law. I prefer my wife's mother stay with her to look after baby. My own mother will only come visiting and go back. No drama, no issues. Make she and her mama dey follow themselves drag am, sometimes, na me sef dey separate fight for them grin.

I usually don't like reading these threads because at the end of the.day they are places for bitter Nigerian men to vent and excuse their own indiscretions while excusing theirs

You no want 6'3" tall dark and handsome man with nice house and car, and millions in his bank for marriage?

Don't worry, the devil has plenty of children like that.
You will be surprised it's the struggling ones that are more wicked at heart.

So your wife comes to tell you your child is sick and needs to go to hospital.

You refuse to take her and the child to hospital because women lie.

And thus your child dies

Bitterness is not strength

God bless this wonderful womenπŸ™πŸ™πŸ™.
I cant imagine treating a woman who gave birth to wonderful kids for me like this, no matter what.

My late dad once told me, "if you treat a woman well, things will go well 4u" not to talk of a pregnant one n one who just put to bed.

That where my tithes normally goes: paying there hospital bills after each delivery, paying for any pregnant mom i sat same in a bus and paying for sch children going or returning from sch if am in the same bus with them.

God bless all new born mothers....

One thing remains constant in almost all the stories = Mother in law.

Not once was father in law mentioned.

When it comes to marriage, the probability of external influence destroying the home is 90% higher with MIL.

Women against women.

Principalities against principalities.

As a woman if you behave well and relate well with your husband and your in-laws, you wouldn't have any problem. You will start having problem the moment you start disrespecting and competing with your in-laws.
Make your in-laws your friends, love your mother inlaw the way you love your mother.
, your mother in-law used her entire productive years to raise your husband.

Even when I know majority are cooked up stories, I have personally witnessed some men treated their wives as trash..they beat them, raises cutlasses and threaten to beat them and nothing will happen etc...until one day something happen to Mr Polycarp. This man beat his pregnant wife to coma and was even boasting that nothing will happen and that "if she dies, he'll bury her..after all, it's his money he used to marry her." Ajeh, I couldn't bear it no more..we beat this man so try this man shit for body...comot at least three teeth, and a fractured ankle.

The wife gave miscarried and came to pack her things to leave. This pastard knelt and was begging his wife and even crying. The man who paid her hospital bills was ready to take her in. As this man see the Jeep, he rolled on the floor begging.

The woman no gree and told him the only grace she left for him is his life and he should value it.

Omo, after the wife left, this man turned to a brukutu lord. Every morning and night, him must go write attendance for all the brukutu ts in the street. I left that compound and one day we had he kicked a brukutu bucket.

These young women are lazy, they should learn from those who gave birth 20+ years ago with little tech , medical and little quality of life.
Despite these limitations they took care of their kids unlike celebrated naggers we have today.
