Somehow,I think he’s taking their side because a part of him feels you are judging his family, and no one would like that. He might actually be seeing what you are saying, to an extent atleast, but he doesn’t want you seeing his family as bad people, so he isn’t itting it, therefore you have to be ready to tolerate some of their excesses, to a reasonable degree atleast, you are going to have to make some sacrifices, afterall that’s what love is supposed to be about.
