I visited an health demostration video about our teeth. Omo, our teeth is a very big organisation on its own. Alot happens there. My eyes opened to the various istrations going in there.

Just so we are clear for young people to know, the only really healthy nutritious food is uncooked food, like fruit and veg. Everything else is for your pleasure only .

And every time you cook on low eat and cook food just enough for it to be edible without being totally raw you doing yourself a favour. And the food cooked on low eat has more flavour cause it was not burnt away by heat.

Also observe , The more you cook meat the more your shit stink.

Try to consume more medium rare meat roasted, as opposed to fully cooked meat in stew, you can put your stew on the side of roasted meat.

Cooked and browned food tastes sweeter cause heat brings out the natural sugar in the food, but it also kills off the nutrients , so that as you age, you want to keep those nutrients in your food and not burn them away with heat.

Also try to prefer roasting to frying.

Una go just dey write rubbish. Come North come chop awara or fried fish with black oil over two weeks daily frying, nothing happens. All those rich guys using canola oil and expensive oil at home dies of high inflammatory diseases and cardiac heart problems.
Solution is your body is a high metabolic machine that builds billion cells daily and kills a billion cells daily. If your body build more than it kills, you have healthy body. If it however kills more than it builds disease appears.

Na so I take troway reused oil for sink because my hubby told me this thing some days ago. I just told him to be ready to buy oil all the time. I like better thing but na money kill am.

But note taken. I will do my best.
My kids and I also try to take fruits because they are natural drugs ridding the body of bad chemicals and fighting diseases and stuff.
