Very possible that there are other brilliant minds competent enough to make tremendous impact in the agricultural sector, but clueless ministers whom I’ve never heard about sits there without any knowledge or initiative to bring about a turnaround in the Agricultural Ministry

What's going on in Nigerian governments isn't normal by any stretch of the imagination. Something is terribly wrong with these people. And then you read most comments on this Nairaland platform and you find that it's a more pervasive trend. The way we Nigerians reason as a people is very worrying. WE HAVE A PROBLEM. What a country we leave in. Mumu govt. Does this govt mean it doesnt know that part of what is causing hunger is the attack on farmers by terrorist or just their mumu is on another level

Instead of sending memo to NSA and other top security Agencies to go after the killers in Middle Belt especially Benue and Plateau, killing farmers and reducing crop yields in those areas, these incompetent ones are there calling for prayers and fasting.
It hurts me attimes that we are sharing same country with these people. You see a problem you should tackle head-on and neutralize, you're busy beating round the bush, playing to the gallery.

May God not allow Nigeria experience famine and food shortage.. that's when Nigerians will realize their carelessness for not demanding for adequate security for farmers in Plateau and Benue States. 1) Provide subsidy to farmers, in these important areas:: Fertilizer, poultry farming, off taker value chain
